Below are links to a menu with more than 120 dishes that Silvia teaches and caters for. Half of them are genuine Italian Jewish, such as the delicious carciofi alla Giudia (Jewish artichokes, from Rome) and the spinaci con pinoli e passerine (spinach with pine nuts and raisins) and the rest are traditional Italian dishes such as the risotto ai funghi porcini (porcini mushroom risotto).

Some of the most popular dishes are: pumpkin risotto, spinach with pine nuts and raisins, chicken breast with Marsala wine and orange, home-made gnocchi, matza fritters dipped in honey and of course the classic tiramisu`!

Some of the dishes are seasonal.
