Silvia is from Rome and she grew up in a warm and lively environment
where excellent food was paramount. She has been carefully observing
and appreciating the arts of three generations of fine Italian Jewish
cooks and today she teaches and caters first-class Italian food
in a simple yet elegant fashion.
